Conference Registration

Late Registration Deadline is March 31, 2003!

General Information

Any member of the SNRP community may register for the Conference. This includes SNRP Principal Investigators, Postdoctoral Fellows, Graduate Students, Technicians, etc. However, only SNRP Investigators will be invited to give oral presentations. Others are welcome to submit abstracts for posters presentations.

Conference registration is by electronic submission. Please keep in mind that the registration fee payment (credit card or personal check) must accompany the Registration Form.

In addition, we are anticipating that some SNRP attendees may bring along their spouses/partners/significant others. With this in mind, we are allowing these SNRP attendees the opportunity to invite their guests to attend the luncheon and/or dinner components of the meeting. Sponsoring SNRP attendees must register their guests at the time of registration.

To register on-line, please have your credit card number ready, complete the Registration Form, verify the information and click the Submit button. You may print a copy of your registration information using the Print button provided. If you are paying by check, you should print the registration information to include with your check and you should also submit the on-line form. If you are paying by credit card, you will need to call our toll-free number with the last four digits of your credit card number.

Refunds

Requests for refunds of registration fees must be received by our office by April 9, 2003; no refund will be permitted thereafter. There is a processing charge of 20% of the amount paid for the registration fee. To request your 80% refund, please send your written request to:

Written request must contain the following information: Name of the Registrant, Address, Telephone Number, E-mail Address, Total Amount Paid for Registration, and Form of Payment (VISA, MasterCard, or personal check). Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
