HARC 019 - An Open Label Pilot Study of the Efficacy of Dostinex in the Therapy of HAART-Related Breast Enlargement.   We have had one anecdotal history of significant improvement (decrease) in breast size with the use of a prolactin inhibitor, Dostinex, when used for breast enlargement that occurs in the context of HIV-1-associated lipodystrophy.  Effective treatment modalities are urgently needed for this phenomenon.  We plan to investigate whether there is indeed some merit in this treatment with Dostinex by utilizing MRI to measure the area of breast tissue and fat tissue in this area.
