GCG and SeqWeb

New versions of SeqWeb and the associated databases were recently installed on a new server. See the GCG and SeqWeb pages to obtain up-to-date instructions about how to connect to the new server.

If you had an existing account for SeqWeb your files have been migrated but your password has changed. Contact us for information about accessing your account.

The GCG software is a collection of molecular biology analysis programs that were originally developed at the University of Wisconsin. PBRC provides this software to the UH community through a license purchased by the Greenwood Molecular Biology Facility.

The software can be accessed from a Unix command prompt, or via the SeqWeb browser interface.
